Schedule revealed for The Great Manchester Economics Conference 2015

Organisers of The Great Manchester Economics Conference have this week revealed the schedule for the event which takes place on Friday 2nd October 2015.

The event which is hosted by The Saturday Economist and pro-manchester events for you will feature key note speakers from the world of economics including Sky News presenter Ian King, Ex Bloomberg correspondant Linda Yueh, NIESR’s Jonathan Portes and the Sunday Times’ David Smith for what is set to be packed agenda.

Manchester’s businesses have also pledged their support for the event with Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester Business School, EV Group and Investec all featuring as part of the sponsor line up alongside the London based Society of Business Economists.

The event which will be hosted by founder of The Saturday Economist and pro-manchester Chief Executive John Ashcroft and will be held at the city’s Radisson Blu Edwardian. He will be joined for hosting duties by Sky News Ian King whilst the show will be opened by Manchester City Council’s Chief Executive Sir Howard Bernstein.
