The Insurance Surgery, which specialises in sourcing competitive Financial Products for clients who fall into ‘special risk’ categories, has been acquired by Seneca’s Special Situations Fund, for an undisclosed sum.
The team at HRC Law advised Paul Mellor (the majority shareholder) and consisted of Mark Traynor, Helen Marsh and Sherrelle Scott. Speaking of the deal, Mark Traynor, a Partner at HRC Law said “We were delighted to assist the seller on this transaction and look forward to seeing The Insurance Surgery go from strength to strength under the stewardship of Seneca.
