Fieldfisher’s corporate team in Manchester has acted for Conservatory Outlet Group on its acquisition of retailer Clearview Home Improvements. Partner Mary Erb and Solicitor Alex Keane led the deal, with support from other fee earners across the firm.
This is the second acquisition Conservatory Outlet Group has made this year, boosting revenues to more than £40m.
Conservatory Outlet Group is an established UK-wide network of home improvement companies, specialising in the installation of superior quality double glazing windows, replacement doors, conservatories and bespoke orangeries. The acquisition of Clearview has consolidated Conservatory Outlet Group’s position in the market with an unbeatable reputation for local excellence in the North West.
