CTI APPOINTS GB TRAINING AS THEIR CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION PARTNER

CTI, the leading Travel Partnership Company (TPC), has appointed GB Training as their Cultural Transformation Partner.

The Cultural Transformation training plan will, over the coming months, engage all CTI colleagues and reflects a significant investment in the CTI community, to deliver outstanding customer service at every level to their customers.
