Australasia, a bar and dining destination like no other in Manchester, will transform its Terrace into the ultimate party destination on Saturday 17th June, as it celebrates Moët Party Day 2017 in collaboration with Moët & Chandon Champagne.
Moët & Chandon; champion of glamour, generosity and throwing the most memorable parties since 1743, is bringing back the global celebration of Moët Party Day. As the world’s most celebrated Champagne marque, Moët & Chandon embodies an unequalled spirit of celebration and is synonymous with seizing the moment at the most prestigious and exciting occasions.
A one-day event, the Moët Party Day 2017, at Australasia Terrace, will celebrate the Maison’s legendary savoir-fête to create unforgettable Moët Moments – coinciding with Champagne-sipping revelers around the world, as they party in unison in places such as Paris, Hong Kong and Mexico City.
Think the ultimate celebration, in the hottest location, with the glitziest crowd and coolest DJs. Australasia Terrace will be adorned with Moët accessories, ice buckets and glassware. There will also be branded balloons, fans on the tables and a pop-up photo booth, ensuring guests have a #moetmoment to remember!
This summer’s must-try serve is Moët Ice Impérial served over three ice cubes. This first-of-its-kind champagne combines a bold, bubbly and fruity richness with an invigorating and clean, crisp finish that encapsulates summer to perfection. Created to share with friends whilst experiencing the best of summer, it’s the ultimate seasonal serve . Guests can combine their Moët Ice Impérial with a selection of Tempura, Robata Grill and small plate dishes, from the Australasia Terrace menu. Add sushi to your fizz; choose from Oysters, Sashimi, Nigiri, Mixed Gunkan, Tartar and Californian rolls, or combine these with a mixed selection.
Australasia Terrace is a city-centre bar, in Spinningfelds, with a heated terrace and canopied outdoor garden. Australasia specialises in modern Australian cuisine combined with Pacific Rim flavours, which are underpinned by European cooking tradition and Indonesian and Southeast Asian influences. Australia’s strong routes with Japan have also helped steer the style of the offer. Dishes are executed in true Australasia style – with imagination and skill.
